Inside Oven
Inside oven Cleaning Services includes removing all metal racks from inside the oven to hard scrub and detail clean as best as possible. Hard scrubbing of oven walls and base, to remove any crumbs stuck-on grease or dried burnt food. Detailed cleaning of inside oven door to remove all splatter stuck on grease, leaving the glass looing sparkling and shiny. In most cases leaving your oven looking almost brand new as a result.
Inside Fridge & Freezer (Empty)
Inside of fridge and freezer cleaning service includes removing all shelves and storage compartments from inside the fridge. Washing inside using ecofriendly degreaser to remove grease or left-over food particles, then washing with soapy water and rinsing. Same process gets repeated with all parts taken out from the fridge and freezer. Inside door and any drawers that cannot be removed. Wiping down and dryings all parts, to be place back to original place, after everything has been disinfected, cleaned sanitized and dried leaving your fridge smelling fresh and looking almost new again.

It is a service design specially for move ins or move outs. Status of cabinets will play a role on determining service category, going from standard cleaning service to, deep cleaning service or possible heavy duty cleaning service.
Inside Kitchen Cabinets (Occupied)
Occupied inside cabinet cleaning service includes removing everything out from inside the cabinets. Dusting off and whipping down shelves and drawers. Vacuuming to remove any dust or food particles. Using a light degreaser to remove major grease marks, dirt marks and major removable stains. Starting from top to bottom, shelve by shelve individually, including drawers. Then placing everything back to its original place and in the process organizing things back and placing similar items together. This is a time-consuming process, that requires much attention, and it is recommended for homes that do not have a specific time completion deadline.
Inside Bathroom Cabinets (Occupied)

Hand Washed Dishes
Hand washed dishes, cleaning services includes washing all dishes inside sink, drying, and if possible, put away, unless specified otherwise. It is a service that is charged per sink full. Washing dishes can be a time-consuming process. “I have a dish washer, can’t you just put the dishes on the dish washer?” Yes. Dirty dishes can be placed on dishwasher. The requirement is that dish washer must one hundred percent empty, and any dishes inside sink must be free of any stuck-on food. If dishwasher has items inside, it can be difficult for them to determine whether they are clean or dirty. This is he may reason why we would highly recommend hand washed dishes as an additional service.
Ceiling Fans
Ceiling fan cleaning service includes dusting off each individual fan blade. A three-step ladder is necessary to perform this task. Cleaner will carry the equipment necessary. It includes wiping down top and bottom parts of fan. In most cases using some type of degreaser to remove any dirt or grease that gets collected throughout time since it was first installed or previously cleaned.
Requirement: Ceiling Fans must be low ceiling fans. Cleaners must be able to reach them with a three-step ladder. Nothing above ten feet in height. They must be easily accessible and free of obstacles
Doors and Door knobs
Doors and doorknobs cleaning service includes dusting off doors and door frame to collect all major visible dust and cobwebs. Wiping down and using some type of degreaser to remove grease marks, dirt marks and major removable stains. In some cases, a magic eraser might be needed depending on the material the door is made of. Wiping and cleaning doorknobs to sanitize and disinfect. All inside doors within the square footage of the home being booked are included, focusing on doors that visibly need attention.
Baseboards
Baseboard cleaning service includes dusting off all reachable and easily accessible baseboards around entire home. We do not move any furniture or heavy objects over twenty five pounds to clean baseboards behind said objects. Focusing on dusting off and wiping down to remove visible dust, grease marks, dirt marks and major visible removable stain marks. Major scuff marks, dents or pain will not be removed. In newer house the result will be almost the same as when baseboards were installed, in older house, the service is design for baseboard repainting. In some case baseboards might have to be replace entirely, all together. Minute dust particles left behind in extremely tight corners will not make a valid claim for re-cleaning.
Window Blinds
Window Blinds
Window Blinds cleaning service includes dusting off blinds and best we can. Wiping down each individual blade using some type of degreaser to remove any dirt marks, grease marks or major removable stains. Blind cleaning service satisfaction is not guaranteed one hundred percent. It is a very time-consuming process. It most cases it is highly recommended that blinds be newly purchased replaced instead. Dusting off window blinds is part of our deep cleaning service.
Requirement: Window blinds must be easily accessible and free of any obstacles.
Window blind shutters
Window or door shutter cleaning service includes dusting off each individual shutter blade, wiping down with microfiber cleaning towels and using some type of degreaser to remove any dirt marks, grease marks or major removable stains. It is a less complicated process compared to regular window blinds. Recommended when you feel your home needs the extra attention.
Requirement: Window or door blind shutters must be easily accessible and free of any obstacles.
Window Washing (Inside Only)
Inside window washing cleaning service includes dusting off window frame and windowsills. Hand washing with soapy water glass portion to remove any grease marks, finger or handprints, stickers, tape or even paint (on glass only) Drying window and finishing with glass cleaner for a streak free shiny looking glass.
Requirement: Windows must be easily accessible and free of any obstacles. Window will not be opened to clean the space between inside and outside.
Window Washing (Outside only)
Outside window washing cleaning service includes hand washing with soapy water glass portion to remove any grease marks, finger or handprints, stickers, tape or even paint (on glass only) Drying window and finishing with glass cleaner for a streak free shiny looking glass.
Requirement: Windows must be easily accessible and free of any obstacles. Cleaners must be able to open windows from inside the home to be washed. Cleaning the space between inside and outside is not part of the cleaning service.

Extremely tight corner will be difficult to clean and will not make a valid claim for a re-clean. Drying window and finishing with glass cleaner for a streak free shiny looking glass.

Laundry washing services includes turning clothes right side up. Checking pockets for any loose items. Placing clothes inside washer and running a washing cycle. One load per every one thousand square feet. It can take forty-five minutes to an hour for a full cycle, depending on the amount of clothes inside washer, and it can take forty-five minutes to an hour for a full cycle, depending on the amount of clothes inside dryer.
Requirement: Washer & Dryer inside the home. Washing supplies such as detergent, softener, beach (if necessary) or any other washing supplies that you would like the cleaners to use. Clothes must be collected on a single pile. Whites on one side darker clothes on different pile. Cleaners cannot go collecting clothes around the house.

Empty inside closet cleaning service includes dusting off all shelves and drawers. It is a quantity-based service. Design mostly for larger houses over two thousand square feet. Vacuuming to remove any dust particles from tight corners. Using a light degreaser to remove major grease marks, dirt marks and major removable stains. Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floor. It is a service that is included as an add on, only if closets that have lots of shelves of storage space. There are three categories foe empty inside closets (small, medium, and large closets) Please look at the photo below/above for reference.
Inside Closets (occupied)
Occupied inside closet cleaning service includes taking everything from closet to dust off all shelves and drawers. Vacuuming to remove any dust particles from tight corners. Using a light degreaser to remove major grease marks, dirt marks and major removable stains. Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floor. Then placing everything back on its original place, organizing things a bit as we go along. Folding or hanging clothes that is stored in bags or containers not part of the cleaning service. It is a quantity-based service. There are three categories for occupied closets (small, medium, and Large) Please look at the photo above for reference.
Wall Cleaning
Wall cleaning services includes dusting off entire wall to remove major visible dust. Wiping down entire wall. Using some type of degreaser and or soapy water, focusing on removing major grease marks, dirt marks and major removable stains. We will do our best to get rid of removable scuff marks. it is a service design mostly for wall repainting. It is not meant to return wall to original state as it was when first freshly painted.
Requirement: Wall must have a glossy or semi glossy finish, it must be easily accessible and free of any obstacles
